What To Expect From Your Massage

Massage at Ruth & Company takes place in one of our private treatment rooms. You will be left alone to disrobe and cover yourself with a clean sheet or towel. Although its common to be unclothed for most massage and body work, we ask that you decide what you are comfortable with. You will be appropriately draped at all times, only the areas being worked on will be exposed. The length of your massage will be dependent upon the treatment you choose. Typically, a full body massage lasts 90 minutes and includes work on nearly all of your body. You will not be touched on or near your genitals. Most importantly, always let your massage therapist know if you feel any discomfort, so they can adjust your massage for your comfort while achieving the best results.
